Based on the book The School for Good and Evil by Soman Chainani & directed by the legendary Paul Feig Filmed during covid at Belfast Harbour Studios, our extras were cast as Evers & Nevers with elaborate costumes and hair designs
Robert Eggers’ highly anticipated epic, The Northman, tells the story of a boy avenging his father’s death. The film is based on the legend of Amleth (also the inspiration for Hamlet). This was Eggers’ first big budget film and cost an estimated $70 million.
Filmed on location using painstakingly recreated villages and farmsteads, The Northman has been dubbed the most accurate Viking movie ever made.
For three series this show that captured the hearts of the nation! We are forever proud to be involved with this production, it's a lot of fun to work on. Derry Girls features the exploits of 16 year old Erin, her family and friends during the troubles in the 90's. In 2019 the show was honoured with large public mural, with all five main characters being painted on the gable end of a bar in Derry. We will miss this show immensely
From the pilot episode until the series finale, The Extras Dept. are the official home of HBO’s Game of Thrones. From the Brothers of The Night's Watch to the population of King's Landing, our extras have had the opportunity to be involved with the biggest show on the planet.
The production shoots with two units filming concurrently in different countries. They are called Wolf Unit and Dragon Unit.
The Extras Dept. have cast the background for this production since the start of series 2. Our AC-12 cast have followed the actors throughout each season.
Most notably in series 3, our extra James got cast in the role of AFOX. He shot up the AC-12 office and performed an action packed sequence through the streets before being shot by Vicky McClure.
