To all of you that have been waiting to join – now is the time! Sorry you had to wait so long, we’ve just been too busy! And to all of our loyal hardworking renewing members – time to come and get a new photo and update your profile! We need to get everything shipshape, in order and ready to work for a busy 2010. We will only be holding registrations once a year in February from now on, due to their labour intensive nature, but to make it easier for you, if you can’t make it to one weekend, we have another one for you! So, you have four days you can choose from and it will only take 15 minutes at the Wellington Park Hotel, Belfast… FOR NEW MEMBERS you can register on: SATURDAY 6TH FEB between 9am – 12pm SUNDAY 7TH FEB between 10am – 12pm SATURDAY 20TH FEB between 9am – 12pm SUNDAY 21ST FEB between 10am – 12pm FOR RENEWING MEMBERS you can re-register on: ALL OF THE ABOVE DATES, between 2pm – 5pm. So hurry up and book your place! In order to join or re-join - please contact Nico on 078 8985 2040 or e-mail [email protected] in order to book yourself a timeslot during either of those weekends. Once booked in, you are entering into an oral contract with us that allows you the standard 7 day cooling off period prior to attending the registration. In order to speed up the process, once you have booked your timeslot we will email you the forms that we need you to complete prior to arrival at registration. You must provide us with your correct clothing sizes, your date of birth, your national insurance number, your bank details, your full address including postcode, your contact telephone numbers, a working email address and your passport as proof of identity. All information is of course strictly confidential. The annual Website Publication Fee is still, after nearly 3 years, just £35.00! We also offer a discounted family rate of £95.00 (a family constitutes a minimum of three and a maximum of six from the same immediate family, i.e. parents and children). If you are unable to attend but are an existing member and would still like to remain a member, please contact Nico to discuss.
