Dear Valued Extra,
We would like to make you aware of a change to our terms and conditions. As of 1st April 2024, our annual registration fee will be increasing to £32.50/€45 (previously £25/€30). This is the 1st increase we have made since 2015. We have increased our daily rates significantly over the last 2 years, ensuring all our extras are being paid the Real Living Wage, this has been in place since April 2023 and we will be continuing this into 2024. Our rate of commission will remain at 15%.
For our members aged 16 and under we will be decreasing our annual registration fee from £25 to £15/€20. We feel this is fair as we aren’t able to offer as much work to this age group.
To explain further, your annual registration fee of £32.50/€45 for adults or £15/€20 for 16’s and under is deducted from your first day's work of each year. For example, if your first day’s work with us is 10th April 2024 we will deduct your registration fee and our 15% commission. Any work for the year following that date will just have commission deducted. Once 11th April 2025 rolls around, any work you accept from that point will be subject to the registration fee again.
DON'T FORGET IF WE DON'T GET YOU WORK, YOU DON'T PAY A PENNY.
As always, we will quote you the amount you will receive minus commission when checking your availability so you are aware what you will receive before accepting. We cannot track registration fees, so it is up to you to know and understand when that will be deducted. If you are in doubt of when your fee is due then please log in to your profile to review any previous payments.
